These conditions apply to every purchase of a digital eBook made through the Branley Living website. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them.
Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy the selected eBook. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email and make the eBook available to you.
You must provide accurate contact and payment information. We may cancel an order if we suspect fraud, an error in the listing, or a breach of these conditions, and in that case any payment taken will be returned to you.
Digital product only
All products sold by Branley Living are eBooks supplied as digital files. Access is provided by download link and through your customer account, as explained in our Digital Delivery Policy.
Licence and permitted use
When you buy an eBook you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read it for your own private use. You may not copy, resell, share, publish or distribute the eBook, or remove any copyright notices or protection measures.
Liability
We will take reasonable care to supply eBooks that match their description. Nothing in these conditions limits your statutory rights as a consumer or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
